With 6+ years scaling hospitality through booms, busts, and comebacks (hello, post-pandemic glow-up), we're blending community vibes with killer tech: booking apps, guest analytics, and smart ops. Now, we're expanding nationwide. Who's ready to own the numbers?
The Role:
My right-hand in financial wizardry—hybrid setup (Varanasi base + remote flex). Oversee budgeting, fundraising, compliance for hostels (3 more incoming, 200+ beds). Dive into backpacker economics amid Ganga sunsets and seasonal surges.
What You'll Crush:
a. Financial strategy: Revenue forecasts from stays/events/add-ons; cost hacks for high/low seasons.
b. Fundraising pro: Land VC/angels; cash flow mastery.
c. Tech boss: Roll out Xero/QuickBooks, AI pricing, our custom platform.
d. Compliance ninja: GST, audits, forex for global nomads in UP regs.
e. Big one: Personal investment (₹15-35 lakhs or equity) in our Q3 2026 gamified gold backpacker!
You are or close to:
a. CA/MBA Finane, 4+ years hospitality/startups (tourism scaling a must).
b. Tech whiz: Razorpay/UPI, ERP, Tableau/Power BI.
c. Investor at heart: Bootstrapped stakes? You've got 'em.
d. Varanasi-ready: Local or eager to relocate; backpacker rates (₹500-1500/night) your playground.
e. Gritty, strategic, team player.
